Updates and Pictures

Greeting friends and Family. Shane and I are doing pretty good. We have had a busy couple of months, but all in all doing well. Shane is doing Vocational Rehabilitation due to the fact that he can't return to his previous job at Smiths. He is enjoying working with them and they are helping him with the cost of school. He has also discovered that he is ADD, which he says he is glad to know because it explains a lot of things that have happened. Shane has also been called to serve as our wards Sunday School President. Shane has been working really hard in this calling, because they have asked him to rearrange the whole Sunday School. He's been busy calling teachers, and getting classes set up. The bishop has been so thankful to him, and has mentioned that they have never had a Sunday School President work so hard and be so diligent. Shane felt really good after hearing that. Wendy, has been working hard in the Young Woman's. She is working with the Beehives, and they definitely keep her on her toes. The first class activity was a game night, which took place here at Casa de Brown. We had a good time playing games, and I thought I would post some of the pictures from that evening.
One of the girls was not to happy to have her picture taken. However, the others were pretty excited and ready to play along.
We have also been enjoying the lovely weather that has been with us. I thought instead of complaining about the weather, that I would go out and play in it with my nieces and nephews. I only lasted about 45 minutes, but we did have some fun out there. Shane decided to be the camera man and took some pictures of me that I wasn't to thrilled about. I retaliated by sticking my tongue out and showing him how I really felt about the situation. Here are some pictures of my day out in the snow.

This will probably be my last post until after my surgery. We are excited that this will help me and I am still a little nervous about it. I hope this will be the means to the end of the back problems I have been having. I still can't believe that is just a few weeks away. Keep your fingers crossed!
